Ingredients

1 oz Absinthia Absinthe
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz chilled water, 3/4 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1/2 oz pasteurized egg white

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain, and shake dry and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
