Ingredients

1.5oz Vodka
1/2oz Absinthe
3/4oz Pear Nectar
3/4oz Lemon Juice
3/4oz Strawberry Syrup
1 Strawberry, muddled

Directions

Muddle strawberry with strawberry syrup. Add the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass with crushed ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig, strawberry hearts and pear wedge.
