Ingredients

1.5oz Vodka
3/4oz Junmai Sake
1/4oz Green Chartreuse
1/2oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Agave Syrup
Absinthe, for misting over glass Absinthia Absinthe Superieure

Directions

Combine ingredients minus absinthe in your shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass with crushed ice. Spray absinthe (we gave it 2-3 good sprays) over top. Garnish with rosemary and dehydrated lime wheels.
